After an arduous attempt to have batinipod explain himself after I witnessed him stealing what he could from spawn town, I then watched as he went to any unprotected sluices looking to steal gems. I then proceeded my evidence excavation method on him and after obtaining his inventory, I noticed a large amount of stolen gems, ores, and a large number of my belongings, including my unprotected doors, chests, and thatch. I gave him ample time to explain himself, asking if he did it or not. He had 15 seconds to state whether he was guilty, upon which he did, what I would describe as, the ban dance. He was shortly banned after the 15 seconds was up. And that is the reason why batinipod got banned.
