ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

In a recent poll I submit I was going to talk about bamboo, but when I already wrote 4/5 of the post my internet crashed. Then i get really angry and after 5 minutes I decided to submit the poll anyway, forgetting the rules. My post was blocked. Anyway, I though about yumi bows and strong, anti-earthquake buildings. I didn't though about the sharpness of bamboo, even if i cut myself the skin of 4 fingers at once when trying to make a bamboo bow... good point.

You can make a cage of the most anciest Tibetan bamboo and wait the cat to ferment. Then you can pet the cat without danger, if you like its inside. My problem is that i don't have any problem just now to write...

I know, but it will make the night dangerous for the only purpose it is in real life. Anyway the mod Hardcore Darkness can be inproved. The total darkness should appear only in caves and/or when the moon is covered or new. -
Mmmh... I prefer boats rather than portals... but some kind of heavy magical cerimony can be a good thing for teleports.

What if redstone is no longer a mineral but more minerals? Something like mercury+borax+quartz dust. It makes sense. mercury is the conductor, borax is to make the thing solid and quartz is piezoelectric. Redstone is a thing between powder and slime IMO.

A few days ago I posted this into r/minecraftsuggestions in reddit, but obviously it don't had success. But I think it has some basic ideas for the behavior of animals that you can take into TFC. Obviously it's though for vanilla Minecraft and has something that does not have to be considered.
