ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

-Why can't I.... clip sheep wool without iron? People have been herding and shearing sheep since long before the iron age. All over in the Bronze Age, in the Middle East in the Neolithic. Possibly even in Europe towards the end of the era. Really, all you need is a sharp blade (knife, razor) and a way to hold the animal still enough. Tie it up with a lead and use a knife?

Are there any trees which routinely grow that close to the ground?

Is the pickaxe the only thing that can break adobe brick blocks, or am I really missing something? It seems like an early-game material should be breakable with something non-metal, but I can't seem to remove this mis-click ill-placed block?

time and memory-consuming. Large amounts of planks seem to give my computer hiccups, and it's not an old or underpowered machine.

Getting water to crops can be a pain. If I could add only one thing to TFC worldgen it would be springs in the hills like you get in vanilla -- aqueducts, anyone? *wistful*

Six? Behold the results of digging out 25x25x25 (it was an experiment in propick results): It would be really awesome if there was something we could DO with the things other than drop them in lava. I suspect they're too common even to be used as the basis for a server economy, yes?

I'd be happy just with a raft that could carry cargo. Waterways were some of the earliest 'roads', but in minecraft they're more like obstacles.

Seriously don't think they're working as intended. I did a thorough exploration of several different mountanous areas in one world recently and came across a grand total of 7 sheep. Then I headed south looking for chickens, and found just one rooster. In all of this time, while I saw several pigs, I never saw a single cow. I really, really think there's a spawn bug somewhere still.

I've been doing a lot of exploring on worlds in 77.11 and 77.12 and the number of animals doesn't seem right. On one world I explored a good-sized continent (flying) and only turned up 5 sheep on the entire thing. So far my travels in jungles near the equator have turned up 1 rooster. And I haven't seen a single cow across four different worlds.
