      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Forge not working (49h)

Not having a proper vent was my problem. I built the forge in a large cave and even though there was a large cave opening, the forge GUI would not open until I cut a hole in the cave ceiling above the forge. Mark
  2. Forge not working (49h)

I am having this same issue with 49i and I did a clean install of it. Mark
  3. Can't make clay molds

Oh come on, it took me a long time to find this clay and I can't make molds with it. I'm running 49h. Mark
  4. No Mobs at night

I solved my problem. I am using MultiMC and I setup my 49 instance like my 48 instance which means I installed 49 into the jar and not the mods folder. I move it to the mods folder and I've had 2 night with mobs spawning. Mark
  5. No Mobs at night

I installed 49h this morning into a fresh MC 1.3.2. I'm playing on Normal and for two nights now there haven't been any mobs! Anyone else seeing this? Thanks, Mark
  6. Shaping copper items

Thanks to everyone for replying to my questions. For some reason I was skipping over that statement on the copper wiki page. Now on to finding more copper ore so that I can made a copper anvil. Thanks!
  7. Shaping copper items

Is this in the changelog? The wiki states that all you need it a stone anvil. I just went on a surface ore hunt and found enough cassiterite to make a tin ingot and enough sphalerite to make a zinc ingot. Then I was able to use the stone anvil to make them into pickaxe heads. Following your statement and reasoning, shouldn't I've needed both a tin and a zinc anvil as tin and zinc are both metals?
  8. Shaping copper items

I am using the 47f build which fixed my issue with ingots not heating in a firepit. I have been able to make a tin prospector's pick and a bismuth chisel, but I can't make anything with my copper ingot. The rules area in the anvil GUI is blank when I have the ingot, a plan, and a stone hammer in the anvil GUI. Is this a bug? Thanks, Mark
