      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

46b can't find surface stone pieces

have they been removed, is this a bug or did I possibly do something incorrectly during installation?

I'm using my old Build 45 jar that I just copied 46b into, but when I started a new world I was able to find surface rocks. Can you provide more information?

1.) What mods did you install?

2.) What version were those mods?

3.) What order did you install them?

4.) What seed are you using in your world?

5.) Have you tried making another world to see if that one seed was messed up?

6.) What OS are you using?

Any other information you can think of to provide wouldn't hurt.

This happens to me alot on new maps... or at least it did on 45. The problem was that none spawned within a few hundred blocks of the spawn point. Try hoppin in creative or something and flying way away from the spawn, I bet you will find some.

im running on 45 and I too had a problem with no surface stones spawning around me. after wondering for a while I started to find some around sun down.

if your like me, soon after posting about it you should have found some. =þ

when I switched to manual install away from magiclauncher the problem vanished, could've been a seed issue, could've been magiclauncher, all I know is, i'm not using magiclauncher anymore.

It's not magic launcher. Probably wrong version of forge or that you didn't delete your configs for TFC. I use magiclauncher and it's not the problem.

I use a fresh minecraft jar and mod from scratch every time, so whatever issue I was having was due to magic launcher derping. I am on linux, so it might be doing something that doesn't work quite right on linux.
