      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Install not Working

It would be nice if you knew why that worked, I'm having the same problem, but on windows. All the right load order, run, doesn't respond on Mojang. Are there conflicts with MCNostalgia changing it to 1.2.5?

Seems to be something in TFC that is causing it, runs with forge and API

MCNostalgia actually changes the files on a character-by-character level, so they should be identical to the 1.2.5 version with no differences, provided you started with a jar that was identical to the one they used to make the diff file.

One trick is, wait a while when it says Mojang. It literally takes like ten minutes for my game to start, even now that it is working, so it may just be that it's taking a while to load.

I used MultiMC and it work great. Yes you do have to put the Mods in the right order- or u get those message.Also the minecraft you get from MCNostalgia, cant not be alter in any way, or it wont load proper. I run minecraft 1.25 from multimc, just make sure it works, get all the files. (no updating)Then install each MODS in order,Forge first, all the rest follows. But I also run Minecraft first(forge only) get the class files. rest should work just fine.

I was going to say wait a bit also... mine went from a 2 second Mojang screen with vanila + modloader + forge + player api... to 25 seconds once I added in core and resources. Anyone know why? This just started today even with my old install that I didn't change anything on. It is kind of annoying having to wait for the screen to go away so I can pull up my saves.

no it flat out freezes and has the "not responding" message

It's now working, takes a bit to load after mojang, but yes it's working, and smart moving too :D
