First: My IGN is Kwink007...just saying it to avoid confusion;)

I am assuming it will be Raisercraft right?

So you might all want to take a look at the map, so that we can decide what to do easier when we start on saturday:)

I have already started a bit and am right now on a trip to get us saplings and crops because neither are available en mass at spawn..

Well wood is..but it's not renewable..

Overview of the Situation:

The spawn is a wide wide wide wide wide jungle!! we are at z -5500 or sth.

The whole island at spawn is covered in the jungle, leaving only a few open spaces.

Theres also a small and hilly Desert.

The Island seems to have quite a bit of copper and cassiterite,

a few Caves and hidden Ravines are also present, as well as clay.

The "normal" treeline seems to start around 2000 blocks north of the spawn island..at least that is where I first hit different trees!

All of the Islands I've discovered to the East South and West (I didn't go further than 500 blocks in each direction) were covered in jungle as well,

with a few little meadows and some deserts.

As I don't really know

what kind of group play this will be (does it have an architectural project goal or something?)

I can't really make any suggestions about how we could go forth, buuuut If we want to make some kind of a city....

Is there but its rather small..the area behind spawn is a huge basalt mountain...also quite nice for a mountain city;)

Maybe we can get an admin to make spawnprotection even smaller so that we can incopdporate the spawn in our place;)

Aaaand i really don'T want to critisize anyones way of playing a game!!! but if we do sth bigger...could we please stick to a more or less believable historical design style?

i don't like fancy green alll willow buildings with glass ceilings n lapis floors..it just doesn't feel like TFC for me...

Its the last unclaimed and reasonable land.

the basalt mountain is coverd with sand, and contains now the welcome center.

this is a rough sketch of our awesome gatehouse

as soon as other people leave, we can start building more in the south.

but the land looks good, is very well defendable, and has enough space for about 50 people to build on the surface, and even more if we go underground

that would be the bridge from the gate to the hold
