Are you going to be nice to others: here's my answer to this, which i usually follow through with; i treat people with the same respect that they treat me with. if someone undermines me, then they're not exactly gonna be treated nicely. if someone treats me as an equal, they can expect that in return. if someone treats me better for some reason, i treat them better.
