      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I've been having some problems with my Minecraft game, every time I seem to open the interface for the anvil, the game itself crashes.

Here's the crash report: (no mods active from what I can tell)

If you can help me find the reason for the crashing, it'd be very much appreciated,
thanks ahead of time.

Are you using a legal copy of Minecraft? Your stacktraces contain absolutely no usable information.

Was this copied from your development console? Or from the crash reports folder in your .minecraft directory?

Are you using any other mods like Too Many Items? I know that TMI causes crashes with the anvil interface, so it's best to either not use it, or use Not Enough Items by chickenbones instead.

Also, considering that it appears that you are running on a 64bit operating system, I might suggest changing your JVM arugments to -Xms1G -Xmx2G

since 1G really is the minimum that TFC requires to run properly. That argument will also set the max memory allocation to 2G, which you are free to tweak with depending on your system. The average 64 bit OS user normally has their max set between 2-4 G

Sadly, no, I am not using a legal copy, I got it from a friend :/

I copied it from the .minecraft directory (crash reports) and pasted it directly.

I am not using any mods that I know of at the moment, I had deleted them all because of that reason and I wanted to see if it would remedy the situation. It didn't which led me to posting this. But I had downloaded a launcher for a "Feed The Beast", so perhaps that's what was the problem, I've deleted that since, but still I have no clue.

I wanted to allocate about 2 of about 3.8 gigs of RAM ram towards vanilla minecraft, (which I know there won't be any sort of marathon sessions without a blue screen) but I have absolutely no idea how to do that...

Also, I have the bottom half of the report, which is the system portion. I didn't post that because I didn't think it would be of any use, but I can paste that as well if it'll help.

Unfortunately, since you aren't using a legal copy of Minecraft, there is very little that we can do to resolve your issue. With a legal copy, the crash report will contain much more information that we are able to use to track down the cause of the issue, and suggest how to fix it. I'm also guessing that you also manually edited your jar file, instead of using the proper installation method used in the wiki: http://terrafirmacraft.com/wiki/Installation

There really is nothing we can do unless you purchase Minecraft, and I am forced to lock this topic as it is discussing violation of Minecraft copyright by using pirated copies.
