      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

[Solved] ID Mismatch on singleplayer world

Greetings,

 

I have updated TerraFirmaCraft to 0.78.7 and when attemtping to load my previously created world (on 0,78.6), I get the following errors along with a question asking me if I want to continue loading (I chose not to):

 

ID 16978 is mismatched between world and game

ID 111 is mismatched between world and game

 

Reading through some other posts about this, I have found that it could help deleting configs. However, I tried both deleting tfc.cfg, tfcoptions.cfg from (.minecraftconfig) and also the entire config folder, but none of them seem to work since I'm still getting the same message. 

 

I would be grateful if anyone could help me.

Welcome to the Forums!

 

Those ID mismatches happened because we changed some of the behind the scenes stuff on how items are made. Nothing was actually removed or changed, so it is completely safe to continue loading.

 

For example 16978 is a kapok door. We changed the recipe so that they are made from kapok planks instead of acacia planks.

 

Edit: 111 is lily pads. We fixed them having a missing texture. So basically the game sees that your save has a lily pad with no texture, and the new version has a lily pad with a texture. It thinks these items are therefore different, and gives the error.
