      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

[78.08]Game Crash Melting Ingot in Fireplace

4 posts in this topic

I placed a Black Bronze ingot (still in its clay mold) in a fireplace with an empty Clay Mold in the second output slot.  My intent was to heat and re-liquefy the ingot and be ready to catch any if it didn't stay in its original mold.  I lit the fire and went outside to gather sticks.

As I was clearing the foliage, the game crashed with the following report.  Given the contents of the crash report, I believe that the crash occurred the moment the Black Bronze melted.  Loading up the save results in an identical crash, and so that world is un-useable for now.

To reproduce:  Take a clay mold filled with Black Bronze (or any metal?) and place it in a fireplace to melt it.

This appears to be fixed in 78.9. See if you can open your worlds in 78.9.
