Problems with making a Tin bar from unshaped

when it was very hot I had all 3 rules (Hit last , Hit, Second from last, Hit, Third from last ) Green, and it still was hot+++, and i still can't seem to get a Tin bar from the unshaped, am I doing something wrong , cause this is like the 3rd time its happen to me (the 2 bar thingys were lined up)

I might be wrong, but if recall it correctly, the commands to make a tin bar are shrink x 2 and light hit x3

You see the two black arrows, one with a green dot in the center and the other with a red, near the bottom of the anvil screen? You have to get them to line up. While following the rules

Use the green commands to move the bottom arrow to the right, then use the red ones to being it to the left.

i think it was bugged out, I've lined up the arrows and the green rules, tried it in another map and it worked like a charm, thanks , not really sure what happened.
