      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  2. Hello, I've searched all over and haven't been able to find anything. I need to know how to craft/obtain a wooden press for the TFC Primitive Technology addon mod. I have celulouse fibers, but can't figure out how to get the wooden presses needed to craft the wet paper presses. What am I missing or how do you get them? Any help would be appreciated. Currently playing the twitch terrafrimacraft reforged 6.3.2 modpack. thanks.

I'm in the middle of making a terrafirmacraft youtube series (season 2) and I'm using the TFC primative tech add on, but I can't figure out how to craft/obtain a wooden press.  I have the cellulose fiber but nei is not showing the recipe of how to get a wooden press to make paper.  What am I missing here?  any help would be appreciated.

      Sorry for late reply, I'm involved now in other project (freeciv).

      You need to make WoodenPressWet (2xWoodenPress+2xCelluloseFiber), than if you look at this block description, there should be information, that you need to place it on ground and leave until dry,than you can break this block and get paper and Paper and two WoodenPress back.

      You need place WoodenPressWet at the ground exposed to sun.

      It is exactly, how paper or papirus was done until medieval times.

  4. Sweet mod. I'm in the middle of making a youtube series (season 2) but I can't figure out how to craft/obtain a wooden press. Update: I figured out the recipe, it's four logs in a square... However, the club recipe requires oak log only, (at least in the mod pack I'm using) which I think is a mistake, some world seeds it's difficult or impossible to find oak trees until you're well past the metal age, or else go exploring for vast distances without weapons which is the whole point of being able to get a club. Good stuff though...
  5. Hello, I have searched all over online and cannot seem to find answers. I'm playing the TFC All Additions mod from the twitch launcher but the questbook is not working. I use the /hqm command to get the questbook but it is empty. How do I enable it to show the quests so I can start completing them? Or is the questbook not have quests in that mod? If you have any information on this please let me know or point me in the right direction. Thanks so much! I'm really looking forward to playing tfc with a questbook. I did a tfc survival youtube series years ago and now my first grader is getting into minecraft and I'm thinking of making a season 2 with him.

  9. Hi, I'm doing a youtube series lets play and the first two baby cows I got I familiarized all the way, they have a gold heart, but they are not growing up into adult size. Does anyone else have this problem? The mother cows are familiarized half-way or so and I cannot get them familiarized more than that. They have the white border but I am not milking them much, only feeding grain. Is that the issue with that? Same for the horses. I can only tame them half-way with grain. Do I need to ride them to familiarize them all the way? The wiki is only so helpful on these issues. Kind of annoying because I'm not sure what to do with them if they won't grow up.

  12. Help, I would love to play this game, was so excited, but I cannot get terrafirmapunk to launch. Other mods load and launch fine, just not terrafirmapunk. Am I doing something wrong?
  13. Hey guys, I was hooked as soon as I played terrafirmacraft so I started a new world and am recording it. I made a small back story about how if I survive for 3 years I receive a major perk. Above all, I try to keep the series realistic, I don't do or build anything I don't think would work or look right in real life.     For what it's worth, I really like both ideas, the salt block and the different fish. The salt block should work only if it is the right climate though, but it would help provide a source of leather until pig and cow herds are developed without having to spend hours of game time exploring for wild animals. So far, I've lucked out in my youtube series and found animals fairly easily, but I can identify with what he's talking about.

    I was thinking something along the same line, especially make wearing clothing outside during the winter so you don't freeze. I am doing a terrafirmacraft series on youtube and am adding some of these elements into my roleplaying even though it technecally isn't a thing. I'm getting ready for my first winter and am planning to go hunting for the express purpose to get more leather to make boots and a hat to stay warm. But woolen clothing should be a thing.
