ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

I found a bit of tetrahedrite on the surface, but then I dug down and there was nothing. I spawned a propick just to see if the surface actually hinted at anything underground, but there was absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be further underground, but I dug pretty much directly under where I found the copper and the pick showed "nothing of interest." I did end up collecting enough for a legitimate pro pick, but I don't have a stick yet so I haven't been able to try looking.

I swear, I have been to about 5 different caves/ravines, and there isabsolutely no ore in any of them. I made a copper pick, and I have a bunch of extra molds in my inventory just sitting there because I cannot find one piece of ore. Is there something I'm missing? Is there an easier way to find ore with just a pick? I'm don't exactly want to scour the entire world for 10 more copper just to get a prospector pick.

I really hate it when I'm standing around at night, usually waiting for some clay to fire, when a zombie comes along and calls at least3 or 4 other zombieswith it. It gets out of hand so quickly that I usually turn it to peaceful just so I don't have to lose my place. However, a fire pit that repels monsters would really help out a lot. After all, hostile animals in real life won't attack because of fire; the monsters should run away like a creeper from a cat. Also, it should be crafted with 2 cobble and 2 logs, maybe? It needs to be craftable without a workbench; in other words, before you're able to get a saw and actually start building a stable house.

I tried to update from 0.77.22 to 0.78.3. I'm running9.10.1.871 of Forge. I replaced the old version of TFC in my mods folder with the new one, but it crashes every time I try to run the game again. http://pastebin.com/wkmwUhyU
