First the support blocks no longer support dirt and gravel. Annoying, but something that we could live with. But now, this dirts and gravels, no longer supported by blocks, also completely destroyall the ore on the falling... I would agree with cobblestone doing that but... gravel and dirt also? We can't defend against them and they really screw up the surface veins.

You can stack straw and stones into thatch and cobblestone. 2 stacks of 64 make a full 32 stack from the other.You can use Clay Jugs to fill large vessels and barrels.Putting many portions of the same food in the crafting allows you to stack them in to more Oz. The knife can cut in half to fit 160 in a vessel as 80:80

The recipe of them has changed? I can craft vertical ones with the saw but the 78 recipe for horizontals do not work, nothing in the change-log says anything about new beam recipe, or i completly missed it.

This has annoyed me for a while. Whenever I start a new map, my spawn point is always negative Z and in most cases higher in value 10k. There is any setting I can tweak to get a little closer to the equator on spawn?

This worries me a little bit regarding my play style.I try to avoid combat whenever possible, and generally only carry a sword.Looks like I'll be instigated to forge copper and bronze armor, rather than skip everything and start in iron armor.

Personally I think the ocean biomes are too common. I mean, most of maps I've played I spawn in a island, what forces me to travel on water...

My charcoal house still my option for this. Just need a chisel and a hammer to make the smooth stone. Then I can make a building in the size and shape that i like, fill with logs, place a campire in the square next to the door, and close. xD

I likd the idea of a firepit to set spaw for one night. Beds are somehow hard to craft... Some seeds are really out of animals near spawn and sheeps don't apear that easily, deers also don't drop large skins 100% of the time and you will not kill many of them in a row to not lose that much food. I'm not killing any animal but deers and phesants until my farm/animal husbandry began. A firepit would be nice in this case. What about making a normal campfire and sneak-place rocks arround like logs and pit klins?
