ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

I think that this can be very useful in case you're near minerals but you want to search ores. Or you can make that the blue propick searches the ores and the red searches the minerals. -

My first shelter was underground and built with hands and no tools. I was making new rooms only when I needed them, and when I ended it, it looked awesome. It was like a castle, but underground. Now I have another style.

But if people aren't scared of the death, you can make it more scary with penalities, BUT you need to make some ways to save you from that death ,for example when you're dying because your food bar reached 0 you need to find a quick food to survive for some additional time that you can use to get home and eat something. This quick food doesn't restore your normal food bar, but instead it restores an additional food bar that depletes over time, not over distance walked. Consider the idea of this additional food bar, because it can solve more problems.

Not completely, because people that continue suiciding to restore the hunger bar need something that stops them doing this. This ability of killing yourself is overpowered and being it, it needs to be deleted. Also you don't need to punish every death, for example only when you die and have the food level below 6. Not the fall damage death, but also the mobs death, apart creeper because it punish you damaging the terrain.

The worst seed of all is one that makes you spawn in a snow biome. Try finding a worse seed than this and...you don't win something, you only find a bad seed.

Good idea, because currently people can only make topics that get lost over time. It's the worst death for a custom map. Weeks of work lost in a single day for some discussion topics. And I don't think you can bump a custom map topic, so with a map section nothing is lost, everything is saved.

Thanks, never tried combining these 3 mods together. They make something never seen before and really cool. It's all more difficult. Seriously, tfc needs a thing similar to those two mods.

Exactly, or gold or silver, because they're both good conductors. If you want copper for your pistons you can apply some iron reinforcements. And it will never getting bend again.

Yes, that's true, but I mean every bee hive needs more than 1 bee swarm because if it's only one, it's too easy reaching the hive. With 2 of them or 3 you have a more challenging task. -
But if someone falls by mistake? You can't ban all the people on a mountain server.
