      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

as promised, here are the pics of the graphite veins and their specific locations. (used MCEdit to expose them for clarity of size.) P.S. awsome, figured out the embedding thing. again, thanks kitty.
  2. Ridiculous Suggestions

Animal poop. Lol let the dev rage begin. XD
  3. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

    Sweet. Thanks kitty.
  4. Exiled - A roleplaying type story! [PICTURE HEAVY]

Subscribed. Keep the epic tale rolling, man.
  5. Combination of blocks

Bummer. Well the thought is still nice. Lol. Anyways, thanks for the replies.
  6. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

Found 3 large veins of graphite near those coords. I will post the exact locations once I get back on my PC later. Also how do I embed images? Lol
  7. Combination of blocks

well the main thing i was curious about was torches. i like the idea of making a detailed block looking like an epic torch mount, but they dont stick. and if i place the torch, then detail it knocks the torch off, for me anyways.
  8. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

Thanks for the graphite post. I'll see of I can find I too. I plan on using this map for a server. Not sure when I'll be able to afford it though. Lol
  9. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

thats all dependant on you. all passive mob spawns are random for each time the world is created.
  10. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

no problem. still havent found graphite. but the mainland seems to be basalt for the center and south, gabbro to the west and rock salt to the north. if i ever find graphite ill post the coords and a map pic for reference.
  11. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

fixed. forgot the "8" at the end of the seed. silly me. XD
  12. [79.28] Pretty Good Starting Zone

No and really? I have tried to load this seed on 3 different world's and it worked just fine for me. One time I added in an extra number rand it gave me a whole new map. Are you sure you typed it exactly as it was posted?
  13. Doubts regarding support beams

the method i use is a bit simpler but works for me with the 79.18 mechanics. i clear a room that is 5 wide by 5 long and 3 tall, putting supports in the corners as i go then connecting them as soon as i can at the top. makes a nice sized room for gathering lots of exposed ore and works for basements as well. hope it works for others as well.
  14. Steve's Quest

    very nice. keep it up.
  15. Combination of blocks

would it ever be able to make items stick to detailed blocks like the above posted wall, even if done in a "hackey" way? just curious.
  16. Progression

well then. might be mighty handy when used in conjunction with HQM....
  17. Quest for terrafirmacraft!

*watching this expectantly as i am currently working on the same thing. XD*
  18. lol sorry about that kitty. it was pretty late for me when i made that post and i was going on 40 hours no sleep. he heh. ill try to make sure i dont do anymore half-sleep posts. ;
  19. i would also like to point out that the support beam mechanic has changed as well. you can not get "vertical" or "horizontal" supports anymore, just support beams. they change orientation based on how you place them now. might want to update that.
  20. Glowstone temp fix

if you grab the "craftable glowstone mod" you can make glowstone dust with redstone and gold nuggets. here is the direct link to the minecraft forums page:http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/mods-discussion/2324307-craftable-glowstone-mod
  21. Torches Burning Out

i simply set it so my torches burn out after a month. they give me plenty of light when i come back from adventuring, but still get sniffed in the rain.
  22. On background music

ah i see. well then, im gonna find some more cool tunes to add.
  23. On background music

i know we arent allowed to take the music out (exceptions aside) out, but are we allowed to add more in?
  24. [TFC 0.79.23+] Leather Water Sac for TFC
