      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

    Ok I pretty much need help to get the mod working, it's been so long since I last used MC that my brain erased everything except gameplay lol I've downloaded forge for 1.11.2, but then harvestcraft cause my MC to not even load main menu telling me it needs 1.10.2 I then install the recommended version of forge (forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2185-installer-win) and proceed to select it in launch options, launch the game. Game crashes.. Tried the same with Forge latest 1.10.2 version (1.10.2-12.18.3.2316)

Oh well i confused his pic because the river was in the shade, i was using seus 10.0, i downloaded 10.1 and now it is hust like your and terex pics, with the water having the reflection shaders which allows to see underwater, not like the exaggerated reflection of 10.0 version.. Well i'm really happy about what's planned with this mod, i think it adds realism and immersion to how worlds generate in TFC, even while seeing some strange conformations, like a source for a stream or a river spawned a block above an already existing one or that same rocky water source structure spawning floating in the air above a TFC river eheh.. But aside from these rare behaviors i think it makes world more natural

    Just to know, the pattern of the cellar is that precise one in size the shape? we can't build a bigger cellar am i right? that is only for info, i don't even know what a single person (in single player) would do with 750kg of food eheh.. Oh one more question, snow and ice will melt wherever we will put them right? so one should make a big stock of them to keep up from one winter to the next one Balthizarlucien i took some of your ideas for the mod pack and my gameplay got way better

    I know this topic has been already contended with, but since i made some researches i want to speak of it a bit.. I was hunting down 6 squids while being expert on butchering, i only managed to get 3.5 ounces.. I've found on the web that squids and calamari can grow at around 2 feet and weigh even 3 kgs (more than 100 ounces) now i know that squids are not made solely of meat, and there is a large portion a waste materials.. but i guess that for a squid of 50-100 ounces, people could get about 5-10 ounces of calamari meat, getting only a miserable 0.5-0.7 ounces as an expert in butchering is pretty excessive

Why not adding a new feature to create water ponds and small lakes on plateaus and mountains? that will encourage players to settle in those places which now are far from water sources PS what shaders were you using in the second picture? i'm modified my SEUS shaders file to have your water blocks reflecting environment, but now i can't see the flowing stream details

    We have also to consider that squid and fishes are the only dwellers of seas and oceans in terrafirmacraft and since they are found in great number they should have all the possibilities to accomplish a full growth to adulthood and toward their maximum size.. Also as we all TFC fans and the devs like to say, things should be believable, and that is not the case

    Well it's not a specific TFC addon, i was remembering a vanilla mod called simply "backpacks" and one the whitelisted server owner created a tfc recipe to craft them, but for myself i guess i will simply enable the conversion of tfc leather into vanilla one to make them

  13. Invisible generated dirt

    I've just updated to b79.15 and updated forge to the recommended version, i tried to generate a world in SP, dirt was invisible.. i then remember that i had to delete TFC option files into config folder, retried the same world, same problem.. So i tried to create a new world, nothing changed.. I tried to break an invisible dirt block to place it again, the dirt block was visible again, so i guess it is a problem with grass dirt blocks or with the generated dirt blocks.. I don't really know what to do

    That's quite impossible since i've copy-pasted the entire minecraft folder from the previous hard disk, and then it was working fine, nothing was changed but the TFC version and forge version, now i've deleted Optifine since it was the right 1.7.10 version and it was causing the invisible blocks problem, and i can't still use the shaders

  18. As the title, Someone who knows me into the servers know that i'm a great traveler, usually keeping a great distance between myself and the spawn area.. Well the last server i've tried spawned on the brandnew b79 with its world generation bugs, in many areas trees were completely absent and saplings started to grow after a while (if i stayed in the area enough), moreover a series of circumstances brought to consider restarting on a new server, is anyone going to start o reset his/her server from 79.7? i like the simple way, only smartmoving and maybe few others mods, like backpack nothing more

    You should think about Protein section as the food which contains the greater amount of proteins, for instance you can't simply change all to meat since like someone said, soybeans are protein source and they are vegetables, the matter is complex and because of this, this reasoning doesn't apply to all food categories, for dairy we should for example choose fat category since cheese usually contains a lot of fat compared to other foods.. Leave it as it is, it is fine, or we should choose a lot of other categories maybe

    Well, I agree with Kitty, is there any chance to so wolves packs howling at night and attacking the player in the future? maybe implementing a sort of lair positions where wolves packs belong to, and if you get too close to those positions wolves get aggressive towards the player even during daytime.. And as i know, wolves are naturally afraid of humans, one should be very calm and careful when trying to tame it ..and they are very smart, smarter than dogs.. So they could be hunting with strategy trying to surround the players and overcome him/her.. but maybe this is too complex to do, even in vanilla mobs AI isn't so complex, so maybe minecraft isn't fit to it
