      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. crash attempting support beam placement

That is correct. I am very sorry about the inconvenience and my mistake about the version number. Delete this thread if you want because I can't seem to be able to do it myself Thanks for the help!
  2. crash attempting support beam placement

odd I swear I updated... Will get back with an updated crash report. I'll edit this post when I have it.
  3. crash attempting support beam placement

This post has been automatically generated from a form submission. Have you read, understood, and followed all of the rules listed in the blue box at the top of this form?: Yes Topic Title: crash attempting support beam placement TFC Version #: 0.79.23.808 Forge Version #: 10.13.4.1558 SSP/SMP: Single Player Have you deleted your config files or are using default configs and are still able to reproduce this bug?: Yes Changed Config Options: Do you have any mods other than Forge and TFC installed?: Yes Other Mods Installed: Not Enough Items; Not Enough Items TFC Compatability addon If you have Optifine or a non-forge server plugin api (Examples: Bukkit, Cauldron, Thermos, etc) installed, can you still reproduce the bug after uninstalling them?: I do not have Optifine or a non-forge server plugin api installed. Crash Report: http://pastebin.com/VbmFnTta Description: I was placing support beams while mining and accidentally tried to place a beam where there were not two beams in line with each other... I thought "Oh well" and then the game closed. I reproduced the crash on a new world several times using nei to assist in debugging because I couldn't find the ids of the items anywhere at all. Long story short, attempting to place a horizontal support beam in a spot where it cannot be crashes the game.
  4. Changes to Config Don't Save

That seems to be the case. Thanks for the help! Also I'm sorry for not using the form to start this thread. I looked over the page for things I had to do and never saw it until after I had made the thread.
  5. Changes to Config Don't Save

Whenever I edit the config, whether ingame or out of the game, using Notepad++, it reverts to the default config file upon leaving the mod configuration menu, or launching the game (In the case of editing it outside the game) Anyone experiencing a similar issue? Using TFC ver.0.79.23.808 PS: This only applies to the decay settings from what I can see.
