      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

    So any chance you could move away from the square bowl,bread, water jug and w/e else that i have not noticed. i know it is a minecraft texture pack, and the world of minecraft is blocky, but somethings are just meant to be round. At the moment im currently editing all your releases and deleting whatever items you convert from round -> square

    animals from the wild will never keep familiarity, not sure if this applies here, but wanted to let you know. meaning your original parents that u used for breeding should be killed because it will always fall to nothing, offsprings will keep it from there on after. edit: read below

    except for the weird language at the site, pack works fine in game. only thing i found a little bit off was the engines. at the base of where the blue block that sticks out. There is a weird graphical glitch of 2 diff color textures interfering with each other, probably overlapping http://imgur.com/kcOEoPn

    any chance you guys are planning on making a railcraft/buildcraft pack? also, i like the changes you made to the GUI xept for the nutrients bar, its hard to tell what it is at, especially since there is no edge so i cant see what the max is supposed to be

  12. yea, i did do the edits in the diff files, just worded it bad. i thought the setup from OP was preconfigured to somewhat work, guess ill have to look it over at some point
  13. i tried the default configs for xml you have posted, but gives the same results. just slightly diff wierd locations for the items
  14. im still having an issue with auto sorting with R. things get sorted with spaces all around. and tools not being replace correctly, they always end up in wierd slots, never the one i was using edit: i vaguely remember being able to sort by item id, alphabetical, and a category type system

    yea im using SEUS 10.1, thanks as for the shadow, while looking for shaders yesterday i ran into CUDA 4.2 which has a great dark caves system. basically after going several blocks without any light source everything turns completely black. however it does cause some weird discoloration. if some1 could somehow get SEUS to even do partialy what that does it would be awesome

    i have tested several maps, and in most of them i have to travel several thousand kilometers to find more then a handfull of diff rock types. It also sounds like you might have a similar issue though if you can only find a handfull of diff ores its because they are all in the same rock formation and only certain things can spawn there. As for the butchery, i understand fish giving a small portion of food, but then again fish already have small food weight in comparison to a pig or cow that can weight up to a ton. When i kill one of them, i expect more the 1 slab of meat, not to mention the first few kills are between 40-100 ounces. My suggestion would be to start at a slightly higher drop rate, and increase it slower. Especially when concerning smaller animals that are not even worth your time because you would waste more time getting the food then what it provides. You bring up other points, but not in regards to what i was saying, just to the OP.

    i was agreeing with you, i haven't looked at it myself. just saying what i heard, I also use TFC default and feel like most of the biomes end up being large biomes

    - While i agree that the change to the mining system can be annoying, i do understand why they did it. - As for Large Biomes i completely agree. I have brought it up before with them, but they just pointed me to the config options thinking i had it enabled/wanted it enabled. The new default world gen might as well be large biomes, i dont even want to know what would happen if you enabled large biomes in the config - also a fan of the torches, although without extrafirma there is no real source for a permanent light fixture that fits into tfc. - the fishing change is nice, but i do agree that the change to butchery skill is a bit off. if i kill a pig or cow i expect to get a bit more then a few pounds of meat, no matter how bad i might be at it. Which like you mentioned makes all the smaller food sources worthless. - the skill system still has a bar the goes up slowly as you level up intill you hit the next word(tier) - i would also like to see something done with mushrooms and/or pumpkins. - bunnies you say? - flavors change per world, and they dont always make sense in regards to your taste profile. While i do like the changes they have made, i have asked the devs a couple of times if they can add a config option to retain current nutrient levels upon death, or enable it so you can select the % nutrient you respawn with, but they have always disregarded my comment in regards to that.
