      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Would it be possible/resonable to make the game pass a lot of time when you make planks with stone tools? Since that really is the problem, you can make something like a sluice with stone tools and wood, but it would take a very long time (also long time with wood, but a lot easier than stone). Im guessing its not possible to make time progress in the crafting window, however a possibility I can think of would be if you right click on a placed block of wood then it might be easier to code it so that time passes and it gets turned into a plank item. If this is possible just remember that it would need to ignore trees.
  2. Seems like a nice idea since it would be possible to make planks with stone tools but takes a lot of work, however the axe recipe was obviously removed for a reason. Maybe you could reduce the number of planks the recipe gives.
  3. A Place to Lay Your Head

Nice idea, remember even using the bed your hunger and thirst are lowered. I often find myself using /time add 12000, which also reduces your hunger and thirst when you use the command, I just make sure I get to a 'safe' spot when I use it.
  4. Mysticism

I will make sure that I sacrifice my goats to Odin, as we can see in TFC he is clearly doing a very good job at keeping away the frost giants.
  5. [TFC 0.76.X] Terra Bow Mod (Abandoned)

I think you should add some recipes for primitive arrows, using a saw to cut logs into many arrow shafts is moderately high tech, for stone age you would get sticks, straight thin branches from trees are good, picture below shows some good examples, larger branches could be used to make bows, thinner ones for arrow shafts or spears/javelins. http://sebastiancox.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Suent-coppice-ready-for-harvesting.jpg Now you do need to attach the point and feathers to the arrow (although arrows don't need feathers on them, I do archery and when making arrows you can test them with no feathers to see if they fly straight, if they do, they are perfect, although still a good idea to put feathers on after). As I see the mod only allows using glue to attach them, feathers can easily be attached to the shaft using string, and a point can also be attached with string, below picture gives an example, and the second one shows a point attached with both string and glue, the glue in this case looks like bitch tar. http://photos4.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/3/1/7/6/event_199572662.jpeg http://naturalskills.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/dscn4049.jpg
