      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Looking for RP server

Like Xandra said, character profiles, maybe even lore and never being out of character. So that everything that happens on the server fits a big story in a way. I think that would make the game a lot more interesting, as for example if someone dies, he would have to think of a whole new character and not just respawn and carry on as if nothing ever happened. Also newbies could be treated as apprentices, which would make for a much better start and tie the community together instead of everyone just spreading and founding micro-towns in the middle of nowhere. Edit: It seems that the demand is here for some time already:http://terrafirmacraft.com/f/topic/6258-rewrite-rp-server-wip/?hl=roleplay#entry87990
  2. Looking for RP server

I'd be interested too, but somehow it seems theres not a single real RP Server.
  3. It's about sleep!

Shouldn't it be the other way 'round? So you can bypass the night but not set a spawn? I mean, that's what beds are made for, sleeping.
  4. It's about sleep!

The problem with wool is not only that you have to find (and kill) sheep, but also that you have to have basic pottery before you can take a nap. Doesn't sound logical to me. Also carrying a bed around all the time doesn't feel "believably".
  5. It's about sleep!

Yeah! Sleep! We all like sleep, because sleeping is totally awesomeSo I thought of some changes on sleep in TFC.First, finding sheep is not that easy sometimes and it's really boring to hide during the first few nights while all those imba (not in the bad way) mobs are creeping outside. So being able to sleep on the floor or on hay would probably be a huge benefit for the mod. Also it would be awesome if we could sleep during the day, or if we could choose how long we want to sleep. And while this may be a bit of work I would really like to see a tiredness-system, as this would make the TFC-feeling even more realistic.
