      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Canoes

@kazahiedI think perhaps that could be a good way to set up, but canoes could be a faster alternative to rafts. Also, for rafts, perhaps it would be effective to set them so that you have to pole thme [using a stick] to keep them going in the right direction? A right click for a small boost, perhaps a separate item for poling that would lose durability? Also, a small chest's worth could be too much; maybe if you used a code similar to tool racks that displays items on the raft itself? @starxephirFor the sake of argument, indigenous australians used dugout canoes. ;P[[EDIT]] Sauce:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aboriginal_Dugout_Canoes
  2. Age:19 Minecraft Name:dietpaperFavorite color:Light Grey, with a hint of Orange.Favorite aspect of TFC:The building, of course. I think my favorite thing to do is make statues with the chisel.
  3. Age:19 Location:Edmond, Oklahoma Why do you like to play TFC? I like the early human, caveman aspect of it, as well as the realism. When it comes to vanilla Minecraft, to me it's just... stale. TFC is fairly playable on my computer, and much more fun than Vanilla to me. Why do you want to join? I've always wondered about the server aspect of TFC. It'd be interesting to build with others- To have a job, to be able to prove myself to a clan. What will you add to the server? I can build. I can design statues and do very good detail work, even though I tend to be fairly unsuccessful when it comes to designing building layouts. I can also mine and I have a large ranch set up in singleplayer that would be beneficial to the server as a whole.
  4. Canoes

I had a good idea a while back while playing. Being without a boat early in game can be frustrating, especially while travelling to look for ores. It got me thinking: How were boats made long ago?Canoes originally were made from birch bark and animal hide, both of which could be easily implemented, in the same way as the Tanning Rack that's also been mentioned. Or, to make another interesting bit, a Dugout Canoe: Set three blocks of wood horizontally on the ground, and right click each piece with a stone axe until it's shaped, at which point it pops up so that you can carry it [With the Slowness/Weakness/Miner's Fatigue attributes temporarily added.]Or, you could make a Birch Bark canoe, which is made from using a knife on a birch log, stripping off the bark, at which point you can place them on the ground like straw, and then add twine or string to lace it up into a canoe. Just a few ideas, not sure how these woudl be implemented into code, but it could be cool to be able to make fishing harpoons and go out for the day to fish for squid.
