So, i was not playing minecraft (or any games to be precise) in a loong time.

Now i want to return, and im looking for a tfc (idealy TechNodefirmacraft, but vanila tfc will work too)

What i reealy want to find - 

• relatively new server, with no Admin abuse (like giant admin created buildings and so on)
• Nice company, any ages will work if you are a good person)
• Servel located in EU or close to it.

About me?

• Well, i was playing TFC a lot. Was out of the loop for recent updates (if there were any), first time hearing about tfc 2
• Was never banned from servers, dont steal, grief or anything like that
• Mature (21 years old)
• I was playing on modded servers before, one time with a small group, second time on a modpack-creator's server. Left them both because that was my choice, not a ban or anything like that

(I looked into Happy diggers server, but the only way to get to modded server is donation, and.. well, because of the crappy conversion rate it is quite a big chunk of my monthly payment.. especialy sice i dont know what to expect from server)

Well my sir, you are accepted, we are not going to call or anything, but incase of problems a thing like skype is something usefull. Server will be up soon! actually working on it right now!

What is your TFC Experience?  I dont remember version, but i started, when second terrafirmacrack was happening

What is your TNF experience? This is the first time i heard about this modpack, but i played a lot with modded minecraft. (but im downloading the pack right now, going to try it out)

Why you? (promote yourself) Because im normal, sane persone, im not going to grief, im going to respect admins and other people (if they respect me)

The only problem is - i cant be on every day. I can be pretty busy in real life, i can be busy in Eve online. But i will play a lot on your server (like 4-5 hours in a day, but not every day)

PS - second liitle problem is - English is not my native language (so i dont want to use skype), i can make little mistakes

What are your specialties? (Mining, Farming, Building, Smithing, Making those nice machines)  Honestly, i enjoy stone age (or early copper age), so i cant answer. I can do almost everything - im decent smith, builder, im good at farming. But i suck at mining with new cave-ins system

There is an addon that give uses to gems -among other things-, they can be placed on blocks, (any side) and generate some ammount of light, depending on the gem quality

And they can be placed like metal sheets?

Oh, you need horizontal beams too.. Well, im dumb. Also - how far destriyed block "scan" for a block, that can cause a cave in?

I mined block, that was uder block with torch (im pointing at it)

As you can see - it caused a cave in. Soo, support beams are broken? or im dumb?

 
Have you deleted your config files or are using default configs and are still able to reproduce this bug? (Yes/No): yes
 
If you answered no to the above question, delete all 3 TFC config files (TFCCrafting, TFCOptions, TFCOre), do NOT edit or add to any of the files, and try to reproduce the bug.
This question is here because many bugs are caused by mistakes in config files. All bug reports should have an answer of "Yes" to this question.
 
Do you have any mods other than Forge and TFC installed? (Yes/No):  yes
If yes, which mods?  Journeymap, Fastcraft

If you have Optifine or Cauldron installed, can you still reproduce the bug after uninstalling them? (Yes/No):  I dont have optifine or cauldron installed
 
If you answered no to the above question, uninstall Optifine/Cauldron and try to reproduce the bug.
Both Optifine and Cauldron edit the base classes of forge that TFC uses. Because of this, we cannot officially support any issues that happen only when these mods are installed. In the majority of cases, TFC is not causing the bug; Optifine/Cauldron is and TFC can do nothing to fix it.
All bug reports should have an answer of "Yes" to this question.
If you refuse to uninstall Optifine/Cauldron, and cannot reproduce the bug when the mods are not installed, do not bother making a bug report, as it will be locked and ignored.

Aw..  Please answer someone. I realy want to play with config

So, i was playing with config files. I wanted to increase year length for my server to 288 (x3 times from normal)

In TFCOptions.cfg i found this -

For now im just exploring. I want to stay in stone age as long as i can, but im collecting ores nuggets.

Z is -12k, rain is 250.. well, that is fun - i found exposed copper, gold, silver, magnetite.. no clay though

It disappears if i change render distance. So it is bug with fog, not with render distance

(also, dont want to start a new topic for that - where the hell is clay? is it spayning only in certain temperatures?)

So, every time i start the game i have the tiniest render distance. But in options it is still normal 12 chunks

Changing render distance fixes this.

It is a small bug, but annoying

Also - is it normal to have GIANT almost flat areas with no tall grass on it?

And having stone layer directly under a lakes?

So, in next build we will see new food system? And i heared, that you are adding Taste to the food. So, i want to ask - are you planning to add some kind of sauses, or something like that? It would be nice to have stuff like mayo, sour cream, ketchup.. Maybe more

Overall, the resource cost on the player would make this very annoying and not fun if he lost the tools when he died. And make no mistake, I'd never do this without total loss of resources .

Still want to see Dunk or Kitty opinion on this..
