ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

Yes, sequoia saplings are unintentionally obtainable since recently. This is because all trees now generate their respective sapling types around them if the climate suits them. This includes sequoias.

All the vanilla iron in the original recipes has just been replaced with TFC wrought iron. So you can refer to the mod's minecraftforum page, and just imagine wrought iron instead of the vanilla variant.

You can already do this by tweaking some numbers in the config file. Specifically the "days in a year" value. Just make sure to keep the value at multiples of 12, or else it will mess up.

Provide information. Does it generate a crash log? What mods are you using, and specifically what version of each mod for what version of minecraft. What is your install order?

You're right, my bad. If they make an addon that would work fine with vanilla Minecraft aswell, but the addons contents themselves were scaled up to TFC's standards (e.g. health), that would be no problem. But considering these are villages we're talking about, that would definitely require messing around with TFC code.

Take a look at my signature to see the proper order in which you need to install mods (includes Optifine). Delete everything and install all your mods in that order. -

Update: Minor forge rendering bug, medium leaf block bug and a major leaf block bug. -
About the fruit trees, a simple and believable way to nerf them, yet still make orchards plausible (even more so), is to make it so that you can only harvest them one per season. The main problem currently imo is the fact that you can harvest the same tree like 10 times during it's season. Fruit doesn't grow back that fast.

Creepers do quite a lot of damage to me.. Are you sure you aren't playing on a server that blocks creeper damage? Or maybe you're a very high level (levels increase max health)? -
Did you install everything in the correct order? Also make sure you haven't accidentally left out one file when copying to minecraft.jar. For the correct order on how to install TFC from scratch, take a look at my signature.

You're using minecraft 1.4.7, while TFC b75 works only on minecraft 1.4.6. You're also using a Forge and PlayerAPI version for 1.4.7. It seems to me like you forgot to install PlayerAPI. Get the 1.4 version for minecraft 1.4.6 from here: http://www.minecraft...api-player-api/ To install PlayerAPI at this point, you'll need to do a complete reinstall on a fresh minecraft 1.4.6 .jar. Take a look in my signature to see how to properly install everything.

That would be too much of a hassle to code for such a small change in my opinion.. There would be too many possibilities as well. Moreover, some people just don't want to make that many tool heads at once, and it would be hard for the game to detect when you want only one tool head and when you want multiple.
