Red and green were the only games ever made, since blue was just the english port of green.

After that GameFreak totally didn't sell their souls, realized that a good thing only stays good if you keep it on a tight leash, and then went on to make other original games in favor of just milking out their franchise like they're channeling George Fucking Lucas.
