delete your configuration files, start with a fresh minecraft.jar, install forge universal, install the CORRECT player api and ALL the files from player.api folder into jar even server ones. install the correct version of TFC and then try and tell us what happens.

Which one is the correct player api? I used universal 1.2 on the link on the download page from here. I thought I had done everything you said, even starting with a fresh install of Minecraft.

I have the same issue. I'm using a fresh install of MC and using the laucher. Getting the exact same error.
