      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Having an issue with running TFC 77[latest]

i'm having an issue with playing the recent dl of the mod. i double checked everything that could be wrong and nothing is coming up heads or tails. can i get some help please? i'll even include the bulk of the info on a dx diag sheet.

                                         

here is what i have done so far, i have removed the mods, tried a clean forge install, etc, etc. what it has gotten me is for it to either crash before i get to the logo screen, or just after it i get the screen in the image attached below. under this is maybe a bit more detail?

 

the mods that i did not remove as they have never caused an issue are as follows: reiminimap v3.1_01  |  inventory tweaks mc1.6.2-1.56-b77  |  tfc-077.8

 

the mods that i did remove as they can be seen to cause issues: optifine via fresh unpack of forge '837  |  damage indicators v29.0.0  |  chicken chunks 1.3.3.1  |  code chicken core 0.9.0.3  |  dynamic lights  |  NEI

 

the image that follows describes an id conflict error. along-side it is the note pad with the id conflict notepad that corresponds with what the game screen said.

Inventory Tweaks currently no longer works with TFC

I was in the same situation, I deleted all my minecraft files (except my saves, screenshot and texture pack, but the texture pack turn out to be obsolete).

 

It was crashing, so I checked if I was able to open MC with forge, then with TFC, then add one mod at the time. And indeed, inv tweek do not work. So I'm playing with TFC, rei minimap, small boat, Custom NPC and I want to add hangable map if possible, and I guess I'll add leather water sac when I get leather.

good to know but i tried taking out all of the mods and it still doesn't work giving me the same issue. is there something i haven't tried?

Delete everything and start from scratch. It what I did as I had some config file for other mods and things like that in my mc folders.
