      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

This would be usefull for storage, I'd like to be able to see what's in my vessels on the ground in a pinch by color coding them.

I am always in favor of more decorative items, not so sure about how to accomplish that. I guess the more believable would be to color the clay before forming the vessel, or painting the vessel before burning.

BTW what is the concept behind this recipe? [colored clay vessel] + [bucket of water] = [clay vessel] + [empty bucket]

I'm okay with merging, and the idea to colorise the unfired vessel in the other thread sounds even better than mine.

The concept behind   [colored clay vessel] + [bucket of water] = [clay vessel] + [empty bucket] is washing away the dye if coloured wrongly.

Thank you, Kittychanley, for pointing the link. I was searching for vessels, and missed the "pots". Sorry.

As an author of another old duplicated post with the similar suggestion, I happily say "Great idea, please implement this!!!" :)
