      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Ok, I see what you're saying JAG, I saw this one after the one in mob and damage overhaul thread. That one was all about old info, as we know mob spawning will be revamped soon. This one really didn't deserve the same treatment, my bad.

Why did you necro TWO really old threads??!

I won't repeat myself, but, come on dude, we don't need these necros of really old topics. They are based off of a TFC that is long gone.

Because they have a lot of existing discussion, propose the same concepts I would have proposed, and this one is only a month old. It seems pointless to make a new thread that will tread over the exact same ground when it's happened already.

And unless the wiki is updated, how am I going to know if these things are already in the game when they aren't apparent?

like I said, your post in this thread was fine, I made a mistake calling it a necro, It is actually a good post. And the other post had nothing technically wrong with it, buuut, we have had many threads on the subjects covered in the mob and damage overhaul thread, it would just have been better if you had posted there. I guess what I'm saying is, why bring back an old thread, when we have more recent ones on the same subject.

(plus, a month on this forum is forever, the mod changes so much that information becomes old/obsolete insanely fast.)

Great Bioxx to think about implement it only if we can fight these environmental problems, this is a nice idea really :D the only thing is that jungles are humid and so i don't think that staying there cause extreme thirst.. the real problem with jungles is that they can be dangerous on health for diseases, and since minecraft of TFC don't have diseases this features can't be implemented

Two words about the jungles.

First, drinking raw water in jungles could cause sickness, intoxication or ever vermination. I'd ever like to see the water touching some of plants being poisoned.

Second - the jungle trees should have Roots. Those roots should stick out of the ground and, obviously, obstruct movement.

Also... poisoned arrows!
