Guide for Anvil

Just suggesting a guide for using the anvil with plans, eg.

Tin Ingot - 4 X bends then 3 X Light Hits

or if somone has made this could they point me in the right direction.

I get tin ingots and zinc ingots done in a second now, its just craftsmanship. And that is what this mod is going for, not evryone can do it as good.

Come on... It aint that hard to use an anvil to make ignots after a few times you will get it... Every ore has its own rule and such just follow that and you will get it one day...

I knew this would be the response i would get, i didnt ask people how they think i should play the mod. I asked if there was a guide or if somone was willing to make a guide.

From what I read, ingots maybe changing to random requirements each time. However I believe this might mess with the skill biulding concept of this mod.

Edit by Bioxx: I don't approve of raw data being spread, to me it's akin to the IC2 secret recpies. That said, I won't remove this because these numbers aren't even correct . If this is purposeful and they are some sort of abstracted numbers, while I still don't like TFC becoming a numbers game, I'm fine with that. Just please don't decompile and spread numbers from the raw code.

Light Hit: 1

Heavy Hit: 3

Draw: 5

Punch: 2/3

Bend: 2 1/3

Upset: 4 1/3

Shrink: 5 1/3

if you line up the arrows and do the math for what hits you need equal out both sides you can get it everytime.

Well, as I see it, is not much of a problem but the normal course of events...

• Learning those numbers by yourself: practice and research.
• Getting someone to tell you the numbers: learning.
• Remembering that numbers by heart to the point of making piece of cake to use an anvil: mastery.

See? Just the same as in real life... so I wouldn't worry too much.

There's encyclopedias in the real world, too, and we don't go arround calling those a cheat, do we?
