      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

[Solved] Large Vessels hold both solids and liquids

5 posts in this topic

Version #: 79.6

SSP/SMP (Single/MultiPlayer): SSP

Suggested Name: Violation of the Pauli Exclusion Principle

Suggested Category: Minor

Description: I have for large clay vessels and three were full of solid items.  After it had rained all four containers were full of water, and the three still had solid items.  Removing the items allowed me to access the liquid storage which was full.

Have you deleted your config files and are still able to reproduce this bug?: Yes
*If you answered no to the above question, delete your config files and try to reproduce the bug. This question is here because many bugs are caused by mistakes in config files. All bug reports should have an answer of "Yes" to this question.

Do you have any mods other than Forge and TFC installed?: Yes

If yes, which mods?

Leather water sac 3.3.B79

CodeChickenCore 1.7.10-1.0.2.9

Fastcraft 1.9

JourneyMap 4.0.4

MultiMine 1.7.10

NEI 1.7.10-1.0.2.15

Stalker Creepers 1.7.10

TFC NEI Plugin 1.7.10-1.0.0

UpdateCheckerMod 1.7.10

If you have Optifine or Cauldron installed, can you still reproduce the bug after uninstalling them? No
*Both Optifine and Cauldron edit the base classes of forge that TFC uses. Because of this, we cannot officially support any issues that happen only when these mods are installed.

After some consideration, that seems like a realistic mechanic.  If you leave a container with stuff in the rain unsealed it will fill with water and could damage the goods.  Maybe you could have any food items become spoiled and anything else susceptible to water can be damaged in some way.

I can confirm this is happening as well.

For Large Vessel the item storage displays, and can only access liquid storage when there is one item/stack in. With the barrel however it goes over to the liquid storage as it collects rain, where you can pull out items one at a time.
