You can take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen, or PrtSc button on your keyboard that should be right next to the F12 screen. You can then open up image editing software such as paint, and paste the image taken. Save that image, and then when you reply to this post, click on "More Reply Options" and there will be a big picture of a paperclip on the bottom left. Use the buttons in that area to upload the pictures, and once the upload is complete, make sure that you click the button for including the images in the post that will appear next to their listings.

I've already found your problem. You put shortcuts in your folder, not the actual mods.

ok i cant upload the one of MC but it says 3 mods loaded and 3 mods active and ill answer your other questions once i can see them

Shortcuts are not mods and will not work. You have to put the actual files themselves, not shortcuts to them in your mods folder.
