      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Could you post a screenshot? Are you sure that the copper ingot mold is completely full, and the tool mold has been fired so that it is ceramic, and not clay? A clay mold is blue, a ceramic mold is brown. You need to use the ceramic one.

Also make sure that you heat the ingot mold hot enough so that it doesn't become solid temperature again while you have the interface open. If you heated it up so it was just barely liquid, it's very likely that by the time you opened up the interface and put the second mold in that the ingot had already cooled off, and wasn't hot enough to pour anymore. Also make sure you are paying attention to the progress arrow. When casting a tool mold, the arrow will fill from left to right, and then the empty tool mold will move over to the right and be full. This takes some time, and if your ingot cools off before it finishes, it will not complete.

I have the ingot orange heat fresh from melting it in thing and no indication of it transferring over arrow wise unless its that slow of progress

That's your problem. You need to heat it up hotter so that it has some time to cool down without immediately solidifying. It has to be liquid temperature the entire time, and it's probably cooled off to be solid temperature by the time you actually try to pour it.

Look at your first picture, nowhere on the ingot does it say liquid. Orange**** is liquid, but then it cooled down to Orange** and now it isn't liquid anymore. It was liquid, and then it cooled down. Now it's not liquid so it won't pour. You have to heat it up to at least Yellow so that in the time that you take to open the interface and add the mold, the ingot doesn't cool off so that it's below liquid temperature.

A bigger kiln has been suggested before, and we are considering it. You can smelt ore in a crucible in addition to a vessel. Please keep the support forum for support, and post any suggestions in the suggestions forum.
