      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Has WorldGen changed?

Perhaps you took the wrong number down? One key point is the seed can be negative and leaving off the minus sign will cause the world to be completely different.
  2. Log Piles

I could see this working as just a minor tweak to the current behavior... Keep the shift right click to create the pile, and the right click to add a single log from your hand, but make it so a shift right click on an existing pile that isn't full will add all logs in your hand to that pile. In other words, holding shift and right clicking twice with a full stack of logs in your hand would create and then fill the pile.
  3. [Solved - Forge Issue] TFC crash at start up

You're on Minecraft Forge 1230, which is over 2 months old at this point. I'd recommend upgrading to 1272 (as recommend on the 79.14 changelog) or newer and see if that fixes it.
  4. [Solved] Quiver Bugs

This sounds like what I noticed in 79.14. Arrows sitting on the ground get put into the quiver, but arrows "stuck" in something don't. Tossing them from my inventory to the ground and walking over them worked to put them back into the quiver.
  5. What's with the music?

I'm not familiar with Freemake, but I do know that the cddb (CD database) type programs that try to identify music usually do it base on track length, not on content. That usually works well for albums worth of music because it would be extremely rare for two different albums to have the same track count, length, and order. For single files such as this though, it fails miserably. Chances are it saw a 5:21 length mp3 and tagged it with the first similar item found in the database.
  6. Sorry if I'm being redundant, but don't forget Fastcraft (as mentioned by Bunsan). My FPS is around 1/3 of yours and I was seeing bad freezes even on lighter mod packs (non TFC). With it installed the only time I see stuttering is when I'm traveling by boat generating tons of terrain, and even then it's pretty minor.
