      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

    As some of you know, I've had a TFCraft LP going for about two months now. Thanks to spAnser for setting up a subforum for these. It'll be full soon I'm sure!

    I also have a regular tech mod SMP series and a TFCraft SMP series on Crysyn's server. Those update on the weekend, and I'll probably do a separate thread here for the latter.

    These aren't tutorials, so if you're looking for perfection or efficiency, that's not me :)

    Dude it's a farming tool. You ever think of actually using it as a weapon? It's awkward as hell.

    True enough, but they used flails as weapons, and those are pretty awkward too.

    I like the justification for the change, it both has merit and fits with the feel of the mod.

    A suggestion though. I think that by giving a very small chance to have a sapling come out of both tree types would be more even more beneficial regarding points 1 and 2. Instead of going on a logging trip and putting the axe to the mighty tree, the player that knows there is a chance to recover a sapling will prefer to make a scaffold and spend more time hitting the leaves before logging it. Thats how scarcity and awareness work too. You are taught to work more, to have more.

    I like this idea, it would at least cut down on everyone complaining about not having sticks! :)

    On a previous map I found a gigantic peat bog... on this latest one I haven't seen anything. Was it made more rare, perhaps?

    Don't really need it though, coal serves all of my burnification needs
