      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Spilting up ingot x2?

Hello!

Is possible to spilt up a Pig Iron Ingot 2x? I made a mistake and wielded few Pig Iron Ingots and then realised that I have to work on it to make Wrought Iron.. I tried to put it into bloomery, but it didnt work. I found only a few Hematie ores so it is kind of important :D

Try smelting it in the forge using bellows. It should give you 2 filled molds.

In forge? Will not it melt and dissapear? When one time I put Zinc Ingot into forge and heat it too much it dissapeared

did you put the molds into the forge as well on the right side? if you do they should fill up with the bar if it melts o.o

Hm.. no I did not, because I was heating it to work on it hah. Thank for your help I will try it in a momment. And second- what about Pig Iron Sheet? I worked 1 Ingot x2 and got 1 Pig Iron Sheet, can I do anything with it? I cant smelt it in forge

You can melt back 2x ingot, sheets, x2 sheets and unfinished armor pieces. All yield the proper ammount of bars

I tried putting Pig Iron Sheet into forge, but I cant. I can put it only to those slots on the right. Thanks anyway for advices. You're very helpful!
