so i installed forge 1.4.6-6.5.0.489 and i get the following report

You didn't install PlayerAPI (or you didn't install it correctly). You can get it from the link in the download section.

The proper process of installing TFC from scratch is like so:

1) Get a clean 1.4.6 minecraft.jar

2) Get Forge (prefered version 486 (not 489))

3) Unzip the forge folder and paste the contents into minecraft.jar

4) Get the PlayerAPI universal version for minecraft 1.4.6

5) Install it the same way you would install Forge, unzip it and place the contents into minecraft.jar

6) Run minecraft once to generate your Mods folder

7) Exit minecraft and go to your minecraft/mods folder

8) Place the zipped TFC folder in there and run minecraft

It's important to do this in the exact same older, and make sure you get the correct versions of everything.
