      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Alloy's With Ingots?

So I have a bunch of ingots laying around and I want to make some alloys. I saw a video of someone using a metallurgy table to combine ingots into alloys. Unfortunately it seems the metallurgy table is no longer in the mod. (or maybe the crafting recipe is different?) Regardless, is there still a way to make alloys with ingots? I can't seem to find anything on the wiki.

The metallurgy table was indeed removed a long time ago. As of Build 77, you should be using a crucible if you want to turn your ingots into alloys.

However, the crucible is considered to be fairly expensive, which is why it is always recommended to leave your metals in their ore state so that you can use them to make some basic alloys in the ceramic vessel.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I should research more before rushing into things. Off to find graphite and kaolinite!
