i download the game and created an account but when it gets done it says error downloading I'm going to try again please need support asap

I'm not sure what your problem is exactly. The download link is working just perfectly for me. Is the error message that you get say anything more specific, like a code or anything? Which browser are you using?

If you are on OS X then there are some extra steps you will have to take:

• By default your Library folder is hidden and will not appear in the Finder. To make it visible, bring up a Terminal window and execute the following command:

  chflags nohidden ~/Library/

• Depending upon your browser settings, when you download the TerraFirmaCraft zip file OS X may automatically unzip it and place it into a folder named 'TFC-0'. The download settings can be changed in your browser such that it doesn't unzip upon download. Find where your browser keeps its helper application settings and change the action of the zip file type to "always ask" or "save as."

Is your computer a Mac, or is it running windows? Do you have a start button? If you have a start button, you are using Windows. If you are on a Mac, then you are using OSX.

 

Edit: If you can't figure out if you are running Windows or OS X, then you are beyond help and there really is nothing we can do to help you. You'll have to go find somebody with a basic knowledge of computers to install the mod for you, and even then it's probably very likely that the mod is going to be too difficult for you to enjoy.

Watch the video that I linked. Follow every single step in the video exactly. Every time that I do something in the video, pause the video and you do it. After you have completed everything in the video, you can make another post here if it doesn't work.

Do you have the correct profile selected when you hit Play? Does it at least have a Mods button and say that forge is installed in the bottom left corner on the title screen?

 

Considering the issues that you were having earlier, I can really only suggest that you get someone you know in person who is familiar with computers, and ask them to install the mod for you. Show them the link to the video, and I'm sure they will be able to get it installed quickly.

... That was the file that you downloaded from our website. TFC-0.78.17.jar IS both the mod terrafirmacraft and the coremod.

If you have the mods button, but you don't see TFC and the core mod on the list, then you need to go back to 3:20 and start over, because that's where you screwed up.

The instructions in the video are extremely simple and easy to follow for literally just about anybody who has a basic knowledge of computers. If you still can't figure this out, you need to find someone who can actually sit down at the computer and hold your hand through this very basic process. I have spent too much time helping you on this now, and I've made the decision that I will not be helping you any further on this.
