      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

    Really? Hm. Well to the best of my knowledge the only TFC area where crops can grow year round is and only is at the worlds equator. Include the fact that, even with the TFC changes, every MC world is different, all I have to say is hop off.

    I got really, really, lucky with this spawn. After playing for acoupe days(irl) I was able to collect every type of crop. But, that's not the good part. You spawn around this fresh water lake at x: 632 z: -7743 in a High Hills Edge biome. Directly East of you around x: 828 z: -7754 is two more bodies of fresh water (this is where I set up my original camp and then turned it into my permanent home). This is the good part; around those bodies of water, you can grow most crops year round. This got me to believe you spawn at the Equator of the world. Why is this so good, you ask. Food is a major priority and to be able to grow it year round is a major plus. Still not convinced? Well, I honestly don't know what to tell you, then. Growing crops year round makes up for he scarcity of copper in my personal opinion. And it's no even the fact copper is limited, it's just a fair distance away from spawn.
