ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

you can fill it up from the frist block above the firepit. Just keep in mind that the charcoal operation starts once you cover a burning fire with a logpile.

place a logpile above the fire before closing it with dirt. OR get sandstone. (combine 4 sand in crafting grid)

this is, cause huge biomes are useless for TFC, since the complete world generation does NOT use classical biomes anymore. The world gen uses a style of biomes do determined the style of the land (flat hills or mountains etc) BUT the rest is done through a golbal decorations of the biomes via a simulated world, with precipitation, temperature gradually going down from the equator (0z) to the poles (20k or -20k z). That is why it makes absolutly no sense to even use huge biomes. Bioxx should disable the ability to chose them, if possible.

thermite uses aluminium powder, while aluminium was worth a LOT more than gold, till like the late 19th century when they really established how to refine it into pure metal. And the classical thermite reaction was discovered in 1895 by Hans Goldschmidt. So no i think. -

This would be a link to an older version, just exchange the name of the build at the end to download whatever you want. Im supporting the main idea of: Bigger, more realistic trees, but longer growth time. That would be fantastic, maybe i'd stop just using willow for charcoal, cause its the only tree type i deem to give enough wood for the work to plant it and get a new sapling.

If you are bored jed, do us and the server a favor and try to generate a bit of the map, cause it gets really laggy if everyone is running around generating new land. Looking forward to the server opening.

We're still waiting for the dog... (okay... i think the idea is not bad, but it's one of those small aesthetic ideas, that are cool but do not have priority right now. ) -
What i would suggest (doesent matter what the poll gives out) that you do not always get a world spawnpoint at equator, but also once in a taiga, a normal forest, mountains, hills, planes etc... not just in the middle of the map. That would kill the fun.

not to ruin your day guys... but you know that the air consists of almost 80% nitrogen already, and that lightnings won't generate more nitrogen in the air? Do you have any reference of what you're talking about?

Try PLayerAPI client 1.5 not 1.1 Use MCNostalgia ( http://www.minecraft...works-with-132/ extract to a new folder, open the .exe and hit enter then input 91 and hit enter again => done) to revert your new minecraft to a correct 1.2.5, not just replacing the Jar. Try that and report back. if that doesent work, a crash report would help. Open the command window (Type cmd into the win start search bar) and insert the following Line: java -Xms1G -Xmx1G -cp Minecraft.exe net.minecraft.LauncherFrame
