      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Great job, I absolutely love your work! Keep it up! And, if it isn't too much to ask of you, could you include particles for the "Localised Weather and Tornadoes" mod? I don't mean to stress you out too much, of course.

     

    i took a look into the mod, and i dont see any particle textures. might it use the vanilla textures? i haven't gotten around to modifying them yet. but fyi, i probably wont be doing much mod support other than the obvious for a while

  2. as i said, the only reason i was using creative mode was to make a texture pack test world, so i wasnt sure. i quit playing for a while, so i fell a little behind on updates and didnt remember seeing the hemp on the list in the past, so i wasnt sure. thanks for the responce :)

  3. not a huge deal as im just trying to plant it for refrence on my texture pack and not for a real playthrough, but whenever i try to plant Hemp on my test world, the game instantly crashes. is it just in the creative inventory and not fully implimented yet? The only other mods i have installed are fastcraft and lanterns. i can post a crashlog if i need to.

  4. Yeah, the stone is awesome. That's what i want to see in a texture pack for TFC. I hope the ores and other elements will blend in nicely (but still stand out enough for mining). Tool textures should be high quality too since players will always look at them in the hotbar. 

    Tools have not been done yet, but now that you mention it, i will bump them way up the priority list. hopefully will be out within the next week or two  :)

    at the moment, yes, but later it will probably be a bit more necessary. also i think the 2 stones that are currently using ctm look HORRIBLE without it, hence why i went ahead and did it. but, if you like it without, go right ahead. 

    also, i kind of like the grass as is, but ill probably make some alternate textures in the future for people to pick from. i already have an extra chest texture, and im sure more will come as well.

  5. Ah, ok... I need the block ID info to reference the properties files for the connected textures.  For some reason it won't take the names for the TFC blocks.  But I can find them if you're busy -- it should be very easy with this list. :)

  6. Another Note From The Author (3/9/16):  If your black bronze and/or copper swords are missing textures, re download to the #.#.1 version. It should fix the problem.
    A Note From the Author(12/20/15):
    This will probably be my last update for a while, at least until tfc2 comes out. ive just lost interest in tfc to be honest, but i will still check your comments periodically to see if i need to hot fix anything. so the pack isn't necessarily dead, just dont expect much in the future. also, a note about the armor: i hate it. i hate doing it, i hate how it looks.sorry if you dont like it. just delete the files i have and replace it with another texture pack. idk. i just could not get satisfied with it. probably had something to do with me losing interest in the pack to be honest. i am currently working hard on my vanilla version, and ill post a link to it whenever its ready.  thank you for all of your support. you guys have been great <3

      This pack is 64 and 32, however the 32 will not look as good as it could, because this pack was originally only going to be 64, so the 32 are just shrunk versions. let me know if any of the 32 textures are broken. This pack is realistic, but not ridiculously so. it still has a slight cartoon feel to it. Vanilla Minecraft version in the works now!

    feel free to leave screenshots in the comments, or texture ideas. if you send me a texture that might look good in the pack, and i like it, i WILL credit you if i use it.

Hi all, i am working on a new texture pack for tfc, and i was setting up my test world, when i realized i cant set down ore veins. now, i have seen this photo https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21315217/tfcraft-ore.png on the block heads pack, so i know its at least somewhat possible, unless they just re textured other blocks temporarily to show off the ores...but that just seems like a pain in the butt for testing that my pack is looking ok. do i need to use something like world edit?
