      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

    I am sorry for not paying closer attention to the sticky of known issues. It would appear that you are 100% correct though. Not attempting to chop down any of the bigger trees has allowed me to play since almost the time I made the original post and still going without issue. I appreciate your dedication to assisting those on this forum!

    I will try to provide all thenecessary information and not be too much of a bother. I attempted several different methods to get TerraFirmaCraft to work correctly but had no luck (going on 4 hours now). So I decided to totally wipe .minecraft and post here. 1) I've got a 100% fresh install of minecraft and have started the game one time while running 1.6.2 and hit Quit Game while on the main menu. 2) I then downloaded Minecraft Forge 9.10.1.871 and installed the client to the .minecraft directory. I hit "ok" after seeing the message of "Successfully installed client profile Forge for version Forge.9.10.1.871 into launcher and grabbed 2 required libraries." 3) I loaded Minecraft again and selected "Forge" for my profile. I then started the game and hit Quit Game while on the main menu. 4) I then downloaded TFC-0.77.21 and copied the zip file into my mods folder. I did not unzip the file. *5) Here is where I am a little concerned. I run minecraft once again and in my Mod List I see: Minecraft Coder Pack 8.04 0 child mods Forge Mod Loader 6.2.62.871 0 child mods Minecraft Forge 9.10.1.871 0 child mods TerraFirmaCraft <---- Nothing here? 0 child mods 6) Instead of hitting Quit Game, I start a new single player game and play. I gather a few rocks and sticks. Start making some basic tools and collecting wood. It's within 5 to 10 minutes of doing this and nothing else that the game will freeze for a moment and crash. I could not get the Minecraft Crash Test .bat file to launch minecraft. The fact that I ran into yet another problem nearly caused me to give up hope, so I'm hoping someone could help with the crash file I've provided. I'm running the game on a 64 bit version of Windows 7. I have 8 gigs of RAM. I'm running Java Verzion 7, Update 45. Let me know what I should try next. The goal is to run TFC. I don't have any other mods or need anything fancy. Whatever it will take to run TFC without the crashes. crash-2013-11-26_14.38.38-server.txt
