Undestroyable forge :(

I wanted to destroy my first build forge by destroying all blocks around it (I thought, that would do the trick), but the "forge block" won't diappear. There is now this charred block left and no tool can destroy it

Is there any way to get rid of it? It's in my way to build things

Yeah, this is known. Also, if you want to post an image I advice you to use an online service like imgur or similar. Or use the basic uploader of this forum. Also, if you want to keep secret your name, delete it from the first line.

I don't use the basic uploader. If you want I can teach you a way to use the online services.

• Go here http://imgur.com/ and register to make a new account (It's free)
• Log in and go in the Images section
• You just need to grab and drop here the images that you want to upload
• When it's uploaded, open the image
• Right-cick and select "Copy image URL" or whatever it says
• Now you just need to paste the URL between [img ] and [/img ]
• Remember to remove the space after "img" when you write these ^ 2 things

It is possible to break a forge block. it takes ages, and you can't tell that you are making progress because the forge texture is so dark. I've always used a pickaxe, no idea if it's any better than using your hand though.

That definitely worked for me, it took a good minute or so though. And yeah, you most likely won't be able to see the progress, but just keep hitting it, it will break eventually.
