[Solved] I can't use Chisel

I can't use Chisel (bithmute-bronze). I press Right-Mouse-Key, but nothing happens (i tried it in all mod of chisel).

Help me, please!

Is there a hammer in your hotbar? The chisel can't do anything by right clicking unless you also have a hammer.

I'm also having a problem with the chisel. I know I have the hammer on my hot-bar, but sometimes the chisel doesn't work. It works smoothing some stone, but not with others. The problem might be that I'm trying to smooth the blocks from underneath, but I've managed to get it to work on some of them. I could just remove the blocks and replace them with smoothed ones, but I don't want to bother if I don't have to. I at least can't tell if this is a bug or a feature. I could understand anyone exploiting this to prevent cave-ins or something like that if this would otherwise work that way.

You can't smooth from the bottom. I think it was because of cave-in exploit.

You cannot smooth the underside a raw stone block that has another raw stone block above it. This is a feature to prevent players from getting around the cave-in mechanic.
