      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

[Solved] Calendar seems off

I am not really sure how to report this as a bug.

 

On my pure forge and TFC server when I logged in this morning, the calendar was still on January 1001. I had personally logged in the last several days and saw several January 1000s go by. I have had this world going for most of a week now and would expect it to be at like 1005 or something like that by now. I have not changed the config file from the default settings it installs with.

 

Crops still grow and animals still breed (i think as i have not gotten an report about issues with animals so far). The months and seasons go by as well. I have been able to collect crops, berries and i have gotten snowed on.

 

Is anyone else seeing this? or do I have an issue with my server install?

You must have missed that Server time passes MUCH slower when there is no one logged into it. (I think 1000 times slower?) That would likely be the reason for the apparent inconsistency.

Never personally looked at the date but the server time slow down wouldn't be the issue as I personally have been on long enough for a full 2 years to pass.
