      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Native Minetweaker support

Hello!

 

This suggestion/request is probably rather large, but would it be possible for you to implement native minetweaker support?

 

And with native support I mean:

 

  • add new recipes to quern/fire pit/crucible/forge
  • register alloys with TFC, so that they can be melted in a Ceramic Vessel or a Crucible
  • the possibility to register other mods weapons/armors/tools with TFC, so they get the appropriate damage and damage type/resistance
  • (maybe) custom knapping/clay forming/leather working recipes
  • (maybe) custom smithing recipes

 

It would be a huge step forward to integrade other mods into TFC.

TFC already has an API. Minetweaker is for integrating into vanilla. There's pretty much nothing that TFC can do to increase compatibility for this, other than adding a few more things to the API. Somebody else needs to make a modtweaker that bridges the TFC api with the Minetweaker one.
