Javelin Quivers

Simply put, its a quiver for your javelins.

*note: I'm making this up as I type so Im sure there are a lot of better ways to do it.

Crafting it is simple, I'm thinking 3 leathers place vertically.

Your able to place your javelins into the quiver, Im thinking about 5 javelins per quiver. how full the quiver is is probably going to work much like the molds do with a growing duration bar.

I know I want it to replace a javelin when its thrown. but the details and conditions are giving me trouble.

I want it to reflect real life as much as possible. Mainly the part where you can/should only carry one quiver with you.

one way to encourage this is to have it only replace javelins if the quiver is directly to the right of the javelin on the hot bar.

There should also be a way to remove javelins from the quiver so you dont always have to carry and extra javelin just to use it. but it needs to be something quick and easy so you can do it mid combat.

A lot of the problems would be solved if minecraft had more equipment slots.

If any one has ideas on how it could work, please post them. I feel like a javelin quiver would really help out early game before you can craft a sword.

That's actually pretty good, considering it would be used mainly by the people who do not have armor.

Maybe the normal minecraft will eventually add a cape slot, that would be an ideal slot for it.

Or if Bioxx wants to create it him self for capes, backpacks and quivers that would be cool
