      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

  1. Current tree reproduction system is't realistic at all. So I present you my view of how it should work. In real world, trees reproduce by spreading their seeds by the air, not by dropping saplings. Idea is: every spring some earth blocks around the tree become "seeded", the next year those blocks have saplings, but the tree won't grow up so fast. Trees are growing for years, and they become wider and taller each year. Also they consume resources from the ground, i.e act like agricultures. When tree dies because of something ( because of lack of resources for example ), it starts to rot i.e fill ground with resources.
  2. As far as I know that in beta 3, we won't have planks or cobblestone in the beginning, and worktable will be creatable as stone anvil, hence we could call It a Stone Age Update. I have some ideas for it: 1.More realistic tools In TFC, we knap tool head from rocks, and then combine it with a stick. It isn't very realistic, is it? As far as I know, common stone age tool looks like this: The idea is to have simple universal stone tool, made by knapping, until we have a worktable to craft a handle using some sticks ( In my opinion, one weak twig isn't very good for tool handle ), and ropes to link them together, and then with a metal tool head.
